Crown Tools's 2-1/2 Inch x 5 Inch flat cabinet scraper cuts faster than sandpaper but leaves a fine surface on hardwood. It is great for final smoothing and removing milling marks.

Burnishers are required tools for cabinet scraper users. This Crown round scraper burnisher features a polished HSS rod fitted with a comfortable dark stained beech handle.

These are commonly used by cabinetmakers and woodworkers to remove very small amounts of wood in order to create a shiny, level surface. Cabinet scrapers can also be used to remove paint, glue or stain from wood surfaces. When using a cabinet scraper, it is important to scrape along the grain of the wood in order to prevent the smooth surface from being damaged.
